“I would like to sincerely commend Walid Aziz, Concierge at 15 Northside Tower, and Mohamed Ahmed Mohamed Ali, who is responsible for security, for their outstanding work and professionalism. 15 Northside Tower is a Select Group building of very high quality, with excellent amenities including beautiful indoor and outdoor gym facilities, a pool, sauna, and direct access to the beach club. What makes the experience even better, however, is the exceptional service provided by the team. Walid and Mohamed work extremely well together and represent the building in the best possible way. They are always attentive, respectful, courteous, friendly, and genuinely helpful. Their teamwork, professionalism, and positive attitude create a welcoming and secure environment for residents and guests alike. It is truly appreciated to have such dedicated people in the building. They are a real asset to 15 Northside Tower, and I highly recommend recognizing their excellent service.”

“I’d like to give a big thank you to Walid, the concierge at 15 Northside Residential (Select Group, managed by Strata Global). He is genuinely one of the most helpful and reliable staff members I’ve come across. Walid consistently goes above and beyond to assist residents, always with a positive attitude and a welcoming smile. Whether it’s handling deliveries, providing information, or simply making daily interactions pleasant, his professionalism and kindness really stand out. It’s clear he takes pride in his work and truly cares about the residents’ experience. Having someone like Walid at the front desk makes a real difference in the community. Highly appreciated!”

“Terrible place , we rent apartments 7 floor deluxe homes. It was not possible to sleep because of construction 24/7 . Pool is dirty , fire alarm every day (( if you want to make refund they refuse, so be aware”
