15 Northside Tower is a Select Group building of very high quality, with excellent amenities including beautiful indoor and outdoor gym facilities, a pool, sauna, and direct access to the beach club. What makes the experience even better, however, is the exceptional service provided by the team.
Walid and Mohamed work extremely well together and represent the building in the best possible way. They are always attentive, respectful, courteous, friendly, and genuinely helpful. Their teamwork, professionalism, and positive attitude create a welcoming and secure environment for residents and guests alike.

Walid consistently goes above and beyond to assist residents, always with a positive attitude and a welcoming smile. Whether it’s handling deliveries, providing information, or simply making daily interactions pleasant, his professionalism and kindness really stand out.

“Terrible place , we rent apartments 7 floor deluxe homes. It was not possible to sleep because of construction 24/7 . Pool is dirty , fire alarm every day (( if you want to make refund they refuse, so be aware”

“I liked the building. Convenient parking. Card entry, well-maintained, new. Beautiful view in the pool area, good gym, steam room, sauna room. There is construction happening, but it didn't bother us. The construction is still not blocking the view of Burj Khalifa. The only downside is that the fire alarm went off twice in five days. Something needs to be done about this - the sound is terrible.”

“Construction work outside the window operates 24/7, impossible to sleep, very loud noise, thin walls. Also false alarms constantly trigger, can scream in the middle of the night. Also no parking, nowhere to park the car, have to run to the end of the neighboring building.”
