“Receptionist very helpful and friendly. Quick response. Security is good. Everyone is helpful. The building is residential but many apartments are for short term rental managed by holiday homes companies. Each apartment has a dedicated parking slot. Some apartments have burj khalifa view, so a perfect place to see the fountains and new year fireworks.”

“The elevators need to be reprogrammed. It takes up to 20 min to just leave the building!!! God how many paid minutes I paid to cabs or was just late somewhere because the elevators simply do not arrive. And if at least one arrives… It stops on every single floor! Because other elevators do not work at the same time!”

“There is a security guard named Sohel at the reception of Act 2 who is extremely unprofessional and rude. Even though the Act One swimming pool is under maintenance and residents were informed to use the Act Two pool instead, he refused to cooperate and was very disrespectful when asked for access. Such behavior is completely unacceptable and disappointing, especially in a building of this standard.”
