“As a resident, I’ve generally had a good experience with the building’s security and overall management. The team follows clear procedures, especially when it comes to access, deliveries, and use of service areas, which helps keep things organized and secure for everyone.
From what I’ve seen, requests are handled properly when submitted through the correct channels, and the staff are doing their best to maintain order in a busy residential environment. The rules may sometimes feel strict, but they are there for the benefit and safety of all residents.
Overall, the system in place is structured and works well when guidelines are followed.”

“They make you to apply for permits to do ANYTHING.
I applied for another work permit to finally fix my ac for different company. Guess what? The management just declined it without giving me any information why. It's it unprofessional and disrespectful to the home owner. And looks like they having fun making you to fill all this forms, paying 2000 AED deposit and they also give permission for only 5 days? If they actually giving it to you.
Horrible. I'm going to complain on this management company further if this will continue.”

“Wonderful building. The management company takes care of maintenance - they repainted the walls throughout the entire building, polished the tiles in the lobby, dry cleaned the lobby carpets and furniture, washed the entire building facade after rains. There's a pleasant group of people here, if you're coming with heavy groceries, the administrator will open the door for you so you don't have to pull out your card. When it rained, the administrator lent me their personal umbrellas, twice. This is a nice place and I definitely recommend it!🫶🏻”
