From Google Reviewers

Each card is a real, public Google review of this residence, sorted into our ten questions – answered only where the reviewer said something, and marked “Not answered” where they didn’t. Reviews written in other languages are shown in English and labelled. These come from Google, not from verified residents, so they count for only a small part of the HT Score, never as much as a real resident review.

“A very conveniently placed Residential property in Deira, Deira City Centre is located just across the road, ample parking in the basement and surrounding areas. You can go to Deira City centre just by going thru the Metro exits. Lots of restaurants nearby like Absolute Barbecue, philiphino joints, South Indian, hotels. Day to Day is very near by and everything connected by Dubai Metro. The corridors are clean and tidy, well maintained and equipped with security. Flats are spacious. A must see if you are looking around for flats. If my review helped you please give a like.”
