Four lifts serve them, roughly 31 homes each. Shared facilities include a swimming pool and a gym. Within 800 metres there are 1 shop and 1 park or gym. On foot it rates as mostly car-dependent. Registered rents start around AED 85k a year for a 1 bed.

“There is an AC problem in common unit and the technician team just saying that it is normal. Also they conducted the desibel measurment and claimed that the noise is under the critical level. However, corridors are not cooling well for sure by the comparison other blocks and floors. They tend to neglect to issue if they cannot solve it. It is a middle eastern problem unfortunately, hiding the major issue and neglecting it. They were being sarcastic towards us. Do not move and live here in. Awfull experience. Waste of money.”

“A Wonderful Place to Call Home
I’ve been living in this apartment building for the last 3 years and it has truly been an exceptional place to live in Dubai with a decent community living and plenty of greenery around. This Tower- F CADIZ, is impeccably maintained, with clean common areas, reliable security, and prompt maintenance support whenever needed.
One of the highlights is the location with very close proximity to Centro Andalus community mall and Spinneys and surrounded by two PGA level golf courses. The amenities like pool, gym, parking, etc are top-notch and one of the best in Dubai and add great value to daily living.
With Andalusian architecture , this apartment building is beautifully designed, spacious, and filled with plenty of natural light. I don’t think there is any other community in Dubai, you can find different kind of birds and lovely mornings with birds chirping.
Great place for anyone looking for a modern, safe, and community-oriented place to live.”

I really wanted to love the building, it's a shame because the clubhouse & villas are fantastic & very convenient & lively & it's a great facade & the buildings brand new. I hope basic issues like this do not appear in any of the new apartments.”

“Awful place to stay in, actually.. if you have a plan, just find somewhere else. This place is sucks. I think the people who are here are just having no choice. The management is useless they don't do any for some complaints. Just talking shits that they will do something. Then, if you lose something, particularly in the down erea parkings, they're blind the cameras are also blind. So stupid, right? So,choose a better place to stay in. I'm telling you all who will see this review.”

“Amazing, super clean, security are great. Ample parking and lots of facilities now. Vets, Starbucks, barbers, beauty parlour, restaurants and pharmacy etc … huge carrefour 5 mins away by car. Can’t hear your neighbours.”

“If you are coming from Europe and planning to rent here expect the following.
Poor building quality with unbearable smell coming from the toilet tubes and kitchen.
Bad isolation, you can literally hear your neighbors talking.
Management that really doesn’t care for tenants.
