“Finding housing in Dubai is definitely a struggle but I feel really lucky to have found a home in Al Awar. Although the building is a bit old, the management has been good in giving it maintenance. My favourite things about the building are the location and the convenience to access main roads as well as several bus stations and the metro station. Having the City Center so close by is also a big plus. The staff of both the building and the Real Estate offices are friendly and flexible.”

“Great Living Experience! I've been living here for the past year and it's been a fantastic experience. The building is well-maintained and has excellent facilities. One of the best parts is the easy access to Diera City Centre and the Metro, which makes commuting super convenient. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a comfortable and well-connected place to live!”

“I lived in Al Awar Building for almost 6 months, and I am grateful to the staff for their responsiveness whenever I encountered any issues in the apartment. The location is incredibly convenient, being right next to City Centre Deira Mall, bus stops, and the metro, making it easy to get around. The checkout process was smooth, and I received my full deposit back without any problems. Thank you to the team for providing such a lovely apartment and a positive living experience!”
