“Al durrah 7 is the best family residence in al jaddaf. Sbk real estate good managing the building .clean and well maintained.Security Mahendra is all time on duty and very supportive.”

“Security was very helpful. Reception Area is clean and potrait was amazing. One of the best real state SBK. I suggest my friends and all to choose al durrah 7 for stay.”

“It’s such a bad building ! I rented an apartment in this building for 1 year and I couldn’t wait for the contract to end so i can move out! Anyone considering moving here please don’t! Every one week i had to call maintenance to come fix an issue. It’s either there’s water leakage in the kitchen, the AC stops working all of a sudden and it starts throwing dirt out of it, there’s always a problem in the bathroom with the floss. Moreover, when you call maintenance it takes them a week to come and fix things! I had to stay with no AC for 2 days! And whenever maintenance decides to come they are so unprofessional, they solve the problem for like 1-2 days and then more problems occur. The security is never sitting down in the lobby, you can never find him when you need him. Anyone can just come up the building whenever they want ! It was such a horrible experience in this building. I wouldn’t advise anyone to rent here.”
