What one reviewer said

“This is the time to give her the recognition she truly deserves. Sonali is incredibly patient, professional, and always handles every situation with grace. Even during busy times, she manages multiple customers efficiently while maintaining a high level of professionalism. I only see her once a year when I come to renew my contract, but every single time she makes me feel comfortable and welcomed throughout the process. Her excellent customer service and positive attitude always stand out. Thank you so much again, Sonali Shetty. You are truly amazing. and your dedication does not go unnoticed.”

From Google Reviewers

Each card is a real, public Google review of this residence, sorted into our ten questions – answered only where the reviewer said something, and marked “Not answered” where they didn’t. Reviews written in other languages are shown in English and labelled. These come from Google, not from verified residents, so they count for only a small part of the HT Score, never as much as a real resident review.

“I would like to express my sincere appreciation to Ms. Saba from Al Ghurair Properties for the excellent service and support provided during my recent search for a 1BHK apartment. From the very beginning, Ms. Saba was extremely professional, helpful, and attentive to our requirements. She took the time to clearly explain the property details, guided us throughout the process, and ensured all our questions and concerns were addressed properly. What impressed me the most was her willingness to go the extra mile to support us and provide the best possible assistance. Her responsiveness, positive attitude, and customer-focused approach made the entire experience smooth and comfortable. It is truly appreciated when a sales professional handles clients with such dedication and professionalism. Ms. Saba’s support reflects positively on Al Ghurair Properties, and I would like to thank her for the outstanding assistance provided. Wishing her continued success and all the very best.”

“We've finally shifted to one of their properties and MR. ABDERAHIM BELAHMER, our agent from Al Ghurair itself, made all the processing very easy and fast for us. He is also very trustworthy and reliable. We've made some demands and his reply all the time was "SURE I WILL DO THAT FOR YOU DON'T WORRY" 🤩😊 He made our move in so fast, no hidden / extra charges, he's been very honest and accommodating. Grateful to deal with professionals 😊🙏”

“My overall experience with Al Ghurair Properties (Bayt Al Muteena 01) has unfortunately been very disappointing for several reasons. However, Security deposit refund only after long negotiations and legal action The security deposit was only refunded after about three months of back‑and‑forth negotiations. In the end, I had to file a case with the Rental Disputes Center (RDC) in order to claim my rights and get the deposit released. Overall, I expected a much higher level of professionalism, transparency, and customer care from a well‑known property company. Based on my experience, I would be very cautious before renting with Al Ghurair Properties again.”
