Al Habtoor City is a development of three towers in Business Bay, Dubai, with 546 apartments between them. The towers are Meera, Noura Tower and The Residence Collection, Al Habtoor City. Dubai Land Department files first list it in 2016. Nine lifts serve them, roughly 61 homes each. Shared facilities include a swimming pool and a gym. The nearest Metro is Business Bay, about 13 minutes on foot, with the Dubai Trolley Station 3 tram stop 27 minutes off. Within 800 metres there are 29 places to eat, 6 shops and 6 parks and gyms. On foot it rates as very walkable. Registered rents start around AED 108k a year for a 1 bed.

“Habtoor Palace hotel is perfectly located 10min drive to dubai mall. Traffic getting in & out is abit much at night due to the entertainment in the other 2 hotels in the same vicinity. More casual restaurants have opened in ths are. While Rooms at the hotel arw getting abit older now, there is a musty smell in some areas, they are very spacious, comfortable & well equipped.Friendly staff”

From the moment I arrived, they were warm, welcoming, kind, and highly professional. They made me feel valued and ensured that my experience was smooth and comfortable from start to finish. Both of them were incredibly patient, attentive, and always willing to help.
