From Google Reviewers

Each card is a real, public Google review of this residence, sorted into our ten questions – answered only where the reviewer said something, and marked “Not answered” where they didn’t. Reviews written in other languages are shown in English and labelled. These come from Google, not from verified residents, so they count for only a small part of the HT Score, never as much as a real resident review.

“The parking and access system is poorly designed and unacceptable. Entry and exit depend entirely on a remote control, and if the battery dies, residents are effectively trapped and In such situations, residents are forced to plead with security staff every time they need to move their vehicle. This is not only highly inconvenient but also undignified and unacceptable. There is no backup access system in place. Additionally, most parking spaces are uncovered, exposing vehicles to extreme heat and weather. This reflects poor planning and lack of basic resident convenience.”

“⚠️ Worst Living Experience – Dugasta / Al Haseen Residence Building 1 This has been one of the worst buildings I have ever lived in. The building is old, dirty, and constantly smelling. The corridors are always hot because management keeps switching off the AC to save costs, and the entire place feels abandoned. Maintenance is a joke — you can wake up early for work and suddenly find there is no water at all. On top of that, the fire alarm goes on randomly at night, sometimes dozens or even hundreds of times, making it impossible to sleep properly. Hygiene is a disaster. Cockroaches are everywhere, the garbage room is always full and never cleaned, and the gym is filthy and unusable. The main entrance is usually locked, so residents have to enter through the parking area like a backdoor. The parking situation is another nightmare. There is no proper parking shade, so be prepared for your car to sit under 50°C heat every day. For families, it’s even worse — no kids’ play area, no facilities, and nothing that makes living here comfortable. Even delivery services like Noon, Careem, and others struggle with access. And despite all these problems, the building is still overpriced with zero value offered to residents. In summary: Dirty, smelly, and unhygienic building Cockroaches everywhere Corridor AC always turned off Frequent water outages Fire alarm goes off nonstop at night Garbage room always full and not cleaned Filthy gym Main entrance usually locked (must enter through parking) No shaded parking (car under 50°C sun) No kids’ play area Delivery services face difficulties Expensive with no services or comfort Conclusion: Overpriced, poorly managed, and extremely uncomfortable to live in. I would never recommend this building to anyone.”
