“I came to move into my apartment, only to find that my designated parking spot was being used by someone else.. When I asked the security and management who was using it, they said: “He’s been parking there for a while, so it’s his.. I showed them my title deed clearly proving that the parking belongs to my unit.. They didn’t care. I explained that the previous tenant had lost the access card, and I’m waiting for THEIR engineer to issue me a new one. Still no engineer showed up, and they are refusing to let me park in my own space. This is not just mismanagement , it’s pure negligence.. The level of incompetence and disrespect is shocking.. If this is how they treat owners, I can only imagine what tenants go through Terrible experience”

“Very very very very bad services and bulding and staff and special the Managment on top of them the manager of the bulding If You rent there you never get services back or any helps or supports. You ask for anything never get answer or any clarification !!! The Managment scam people I did not get my deposit back they did for me an fact calculation for not given my deposit of 2000 AED (They have been hijacked and scammed. Shame on them.) They ore not honest Please take care. If you want more info about the rent in dar al jawhara JVC, please contact me i will explain to you everything before you rent there I do not advise people to waste their money like me on buildings that are not really worth the rent.”

“Poor quality building Dar al Jawhara. Noise levels are unbearable with constant disturbance from neighbors and outside environment. Common areas such as lobbies are outdated and unwelcoming. Living in this building is frustrating and stressful due to constant maintenance problems and poor management. Not recommended for long term rental”
