From Google Reviewers

Each card is a real, public Google review of this residence, sorted into our ten questions – answered only where the reviewer said something, and marked “Not answered” where they didn’t. Reviews written in other languages are shown in English and labelled. These come from Google, not from verified residents, so they count for only a small part of the HT Score, never as much as a real resident review.

“I was staying in this building for almost 5 years. I recently moved out and i am disappointed with the building management. They didn’t pay me a single fils of my security deposit. I have kept the apartment neat and had absolutely no damages. The building management didn’t intend to pay back my security deposit. In the pretext of maintenance charges they will not pay your deposit. They didn’t install new bathtub when i moved in but they charged for the bathtub which was worn out by using for 5 years. Very bad experience. Will not recommend. Please check everything when moving in otherwise you will also face the same issue as how i faced.”

“Good maintenance, but most of the time they shut the central IC down!! Also the trash room is dirty and full of cockroaches ! And food smells from apartments are very bad 🤮 and problems with parking sometimes you want to park in your number but you will be shocked that someone else has took your parking and you lift with no parking only useless remote!!! Not recommended”
