“I used to live in their karama building for 2yrs and just experienced hell under the corrupt management, aside from not providing the maintenance even though you paid for it they will charge you 70aed using the card machine of the coffee shop near their office that is being owned by MOHAMED SHIBU who claims to be the facility manager. He also owns love bird cafeteria and other salons around the karama faraj al buttin building, this guy is so rude and disrespectful to all the tenants. He will turn of your water if you greet him merry Christmas (he got offended because he is muslim despite that it is a new normal that we also greet muslims during ramadan). He throw away tenant’s belongings dir…”

He also owns love bird cafeteria and other salons around the karama faraj al buttin building, this guy is so rude and disrespectful to all the tenants. He will turn of your water if you greet him merry Christmas (he got offended because he is muslim despite that it is a new normal that we also greet muslims during ramadan). He throw away tenant’s belongings directly to garbage room without formal notice thru phone or email and knocking on our doors. He even have the guts to tell the tenants that he doesn’t care if people will call the police or complain with the management or EVEN TO THE OWNER because he said he can do anything he wants. I feel pity for the owner that this guy and the manager is being corrupt and doing business behind him while making this company look dirty from the people who are paying them, then tenants experience the worst building management in Dubai. Building and location is ok but the owner should have his eyes on these people. He should start asking tenants about their feedbacks and he should not trust and put authority on these unprofessional staff.”

“Very Bad experience from the care taker. As the care taker does not want customers to deal direct with the Al Muhairibi Realt Estate Team. And she is doing things in her own way.”
