Each card is a real, public Google review of this residence, sorted into our ten questions – answered only where the reviewer said something, and marked “Not answered” where they didn’t. Reviews written in other languages are shown in English and labelled. These come from Google, not from verified residents, so they count for only a small part of the HT Score, never as much as a real resident review.

“Hallways stink, something always breaks, even if u literally bring them 200 times to fix the same issue it will literally come back the literal next day, too much traffic, facilities such as tennis courts is a scam because they’re always booked out in advance by coaches so you’ll never get to use them, staircases are dirty and stink, parking insanely tight can barely fit cars and so much more”

“Our second stay in these residences was excellent again, the service is top-notch, the heated pool in winter, and the apartments very spacious with very professional and attentive staff. The reception is also top-notch, special mention to Germas and Farhan.”

Additionally, the staff throughout the complex were friendly and helpful, making our visit even more enjoyable. The cleanliness and organization of the complex are commendable as well. Overall, Al Murooj Complex is a fantastic destination for shopping, dining, and leisure. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a fun day out. I can't wait to return.”

“Al Murooj Complex 📍 Dubai One of the best and oldest residential complexes in Dubai A hotel and hotel apartments suitable for families with reasonably good prices overlooking Burj Khalifa and Dubai Mall. It includes a good swimming pool, supermarket, pharmacy, and many restaurants and shops. However, it is marred by old furniture in the units and car noise, especially for units facing Burj Khalifa.”

“I’m resident of Al Murooj complex for 3 years and I had the worst experience in hotels in Dubai . First of all I was holding with both of my hands bags and no one was trying in hotel to assist me or open the door for me . But the worst part is when we reached the Murooj apartments and the receptionist her name is RANIA she took my ID and asked me under which name is the booking and I told her under my ID name and she refused to make the check in and send us to another college of her and she assist 2 people after us ! Also after her other college asked us the full amount even though we had already paid through application . Completely disaster”
