“This is an honest review and evidences are available for all my claims. Management is rude and unprofessional. I have been suffering from common areas with cockroaches for over a year. Fire alarm goes off randomly after midnight. AC releases humidity between 71-77%. Had 2 different ceiling leaks within 1 month time with one of them causing damages to my personal belongings worth thousands of dirhams and without a single apology from the management. My concerns have been going unanswered for 3 months now by the management and maintenance (per email). Update: we now have had in the span of 4 days 2 different leaks coming from the pipes in the ceiling. And the cockroach problem has gotten wors…”

“Worst building management ever.i have lived 10 year in dubai.first time looting all deposit saying different reason.Deep cleaning,painting after 5 year of stay should be paid by tenant.They will never return back our deposit.There are lot of issues like lekage of roof.”
