The building is well-maintained, clean, and has a great atmosphere. Always a pleasure providing technical services to the wonderful residents here”

“We came here for viewing apartments but security hidden the keys ,he showed only bad units other keys hidden and when I push he show me , I see that unit Waters bottle and some others thing , they make like the this”

“PROS -Affordable Pricing: Competitively priced compared to nearby buildings and apartments. -Apartment Size: Spacious. -Convenient Location: Close to a mosque, pond park, and mini grocery stores, with ample parking available. CON: Recurring ceiling leaks due to either AC or water heater. This has significantly increased my DEWA bill for months. Amenities: Pool: Visible mold; requires immediate cleaning. Gym: Musty smell; in urgent need of thorough cleaning. Maintenance: Poor Quality or non-existent. Trash must be taken directly to the ground floor or basement bins, as the designated garbage rooms on each floor are overcrowded and unsanitary. Pest issues, including roaches, persist despite regular cleaning efforts. Lack of Security: There are no security measures in place, allowing unrestricted access to the building. As a result, flyers are often left on apartment doors. Noise: The presence of children playing in the hallways contributes to the overall noise level in the building.”

“Saleem tower is a large residential building with cooperative management. It is located next to Al Nahda Pond park and Zulekha Hospital. It is best suited for families. It has spacious rooms. There is 24-hour security, large swimming pool and a gym and a children’s playroom. The building is a bit old and they do regular maintenance. During our stay, there was no smell in AC. No insects. Parking is available. Overall, it was a good experience. Plenty of RTA paid parking also available Infront of the building. Schools, parks, hospital, Nesto everything is nearby.”

“There is mold in the apartments if its facing the pool side ..im sure its on the other sides as well .. my daughter is getting sick every other month… called the maintenance people .. they said nothing can be done as the building is designed this way .. there is no ventilation and direct sunlight entering the apartments .. and its over priced for the condition of the building and apartment.. if you want a glimpse of it just use the stairs once you would know ..”

“Large residential building. The management is cooperative, suitable for families and singles. It has spacious rooms, 24-hour security, a large pool and gym. There was a children's play area, but the building is somewhat old and may need maintenance.”

“I have spent 2 months now....seems very good building. Good maintenance and there is no smell in AC. No insects. Parking is available and good. Gym is ok but needs maintenance. Swimming pool seems also ok. Overall good experience till now”

“Please solve the issue of the food smell coming from the AC everyday three times, for more than three hours each time, if other people in the building are cooking, the smell should not reach us from the AC... the weather is too hot, and we cannot even open the AC because of strong onion and food smell ... very annoying.And there is no windows in the bathrooms!!! which is leading to (moisture , mold , insects)   Bad design of the building .. sadly.”
