“The worst building maintenance… always with water leakage issue. Take time before they fix it! Now we have no AC for two days, no help from the maintenance team despite message being sent! Sent a message and called the maintenance supervisor, the response was I have to call the security and send an email to the building management! Seriously, who would answer my email on weekend?????? And can’t they consider a malfunction AC on summer an emergency, while having a baby inside our home????”
