From Google Reviewers

Each card is a real, public Google review of this residence, sorted into our ten questions – answered only where the reviewer said something, and marked “Not answered” where they didn’t. Reviews written in other languages are shown in English and labelled. These come from Google, not from verified residents, so they count for only a small part of the HT Score, never as much as a real resident review.

“Do not trust this company they sell payment plans on projects by asking you to place an expression of interest with a 50000 aed deposit then later they say during construction that there are no post handover options and you must pay cash. For me this is pure fraud they block people's money and work with it making you believe you're going to make a good deal. Do not work with them at all!!”
