“We would like to raise an official complaint regarding several issues that are causing serious inconvenience and discomfort to many residents. These matters directly affect the quality of living in the building and urgently require your attention. 1. Disturbance and Lack of Consideration: • Some residents carry out drilling and hammering during weekends (Saturday and Sunday), at times meant for rest. This creates unacceptable noise and shows no consideration for neighbors, especially the elderly and patients who require peace and quiet. • There are also frequent disturbances at night, with little regard for the comfort of infants, patients, and elderly residents. 2. Poor Hygiene and Cluttered Corridors: • We have observed a lack of cleanliness in the corridors and parking areas. Garbage is often discarded carelessly in the waste room instead of being placed in the designated chute. • Some tenants are leaving their shoes, water bottles, and other items in front of their doors, which creates a cluttered appearance and negatively impacts the shared space and overall cleanliness of the building. 3. Low Quality of Maintenance Services: • The maintenance company responsible for the building appears to focus mainly on collecting fees, while paying little to no attention to the actual upkeep of the building. • Corridors and elevators are not maintained to acceptable standards, and the overall quality of services provided is poor. These issues reflect not only irresponsibility on the part of some tenants but also a lack of effective management oversight. They also demonstrate a clear disregard for the comfort, health, and rights of all residents. We therefore request immediate and strict action from your esteemed management. This includes: • Issuing clear and firm instructions to all tenants regarding noise, cleanliness, and respect for shared spaces. • Enforcing penalties against repeated violations. • Holding the maintenance company accountable to raise the quality of services provided. We appreciate your prompt attention to these matters and your efforts to ensure the building remains a safe, clean, and comfortable environment for all residents.”

“I had a very frustrating experience with this building—every time I contacted the broker, I was quoted a different price for the same unit. This kind of inconsistent pricing feels like a bait-and-switch tactic and made me lose faith in the process. I don’t trust a place where the broker can’t even give a straight answer on rent, and it definitely made me feel taken advantage of. Would not recommend dealing here unless you want to waste your time and question what the real price actually is.”

“At first, I imagined that they were the voices of ghosts in the house, and after a while I discovered that they were the voices of the neighbors next to us. Their voices are clear and all their conversations are audible, as if there was wood between us and not a wall. Sometimes we hear embarrassing and completely unacceptable sounds. I live in distress hearing these embarrassing voices and other sounds of moaning and profanity, which has put me in a bad psychological state and made me emotional. I am a pregnant woman and I cannot tolerate severe emotional stress. Even the smell of cigarettes enters from their apartment into ours. I believe there is an unclosed opening on the air conditioner side through which all these sounds enter. I am very dissatisfied and will move to another place soon. I do not feel comfortable here at all. I demand that a solution be found for us as quickly as possible during our stay until the end of the lease!”
