“I recently moved into this building and the experience has been fantastic. It truly feels luxurious, with plenty of well-designed amenities. The purchase process was very smooth, and the team supported me through every step, making the handover experience seamless and pleasant.
The common areas are beautifully maintained, and I especially appreciate the spacious gym and dedicated workspaces.
One small area for improvement would be adding a few more power sockets in the coworking area, which would make it even more convenient.
Overall, extremely happy to call this place home!”

“Thoughtfully designed. Beautiful shared amenities. Great location. When we received our unit, found only minor defects and was fixed promptly. The handover process was a memorable one too. Thanks! Some areas for improvement: I suggested they create a proper bicycle parking at the carpark area for families with bikes.
The shared working space is a great zone and would be even better if there was a sofa or two or bean bags for friends to just chill & chat in between working.
Why don't they put a socket at the balcony? Curious.
Overall, we are happy with the apartment.”

“A beautiful building with stunning interiors and finishing — exactly as promised during the off-plan stage. The brochures and blueprints have truly come to life magnificently by God’s grace. Every bit of waiting and patience has paid off! Kudos to the entire YAS Developers team for their hard work and dedication.
Special thanks to Muneer, who is extremely knowledgeable and skilled at what he does. Along with Alice, whose sales acumen and support were invaluable in the initial stages. Ayman has always been professional, friendly, and ever-ready to help with a smile. Tanmay, from the projects team, was always accommodating and carried perfect attitude, especially when I wanted to check out the property of course he ensure health and safety measures. Amin, from accounts, has been quick, responsive, and thorough with all payment and Land Department DSO procedures. Neetha, from customer support, deserves special mention for her professionalism, kindness, and patience throughout the process — truly a pleasure to deal with.
The snagging and handover team (Hari Prasad and others) also did an excellent job ensuring everything went smoothly.
This entire team has truly pulled off something remarkable — a dream project brought beautifully to life. I thank God for HIS hand on this journey and am so grateful to now call Altia One my dream home.
