“We've been living in Altia for more than 6 years now, way back then this is one of the best and clean building in DSO, however since the past 2 years the maintenance of the building is very poor. Dilapidated service lift that till date they haven't changed the flooring of the service lift. Smells very stinky ...the new people living around has an awful smells on the food that they cook..the entire hallway smells so garlicky and spicy throughout the day. I will give a great shout out to Gulzar and Yasser. They are a great help for any household fixtures and any issues from plumbing services, electrical and carpentry. These two never even asked for anything. They will just leave it up to y…”

“We've been living in Altia for more than 6 years now, way back then this is one of the best and clean building in DSO, however since the past 2 years the maintenance of the building is very poor. Dilapidated service lift that till date they haven't changed the flooring of the service lift. Smells very stinky ...the new people living around has an awful smells on the food that they cook..the entire hallway smells so garlicky and spicy throughout the day. I will give a great shout out to Gulzar and Yasser. They are a great help for any household fixtures and any issues from plumbing services, electrical and carpentry. These two never even asked for anything. They will just leave it up to your discretion. These are the two helpful assistance you ever need to fix anything inside your home. Thank u Gulzar & Yasser for your kind assistance as always. We just hope that the new facility management will do some cosmetic enhancement inside the building starting from the reception area, to the lift (dilapidated flooring) the rubbish area are not cleaned and lastly the corridors or hallway smells very stinky. The facility management should not allow any kids to play around the hallway/ corridor.”

“⭐ Rating: 1 Star Review: I have been living here for 3 years, but the maintenance service is extremely poor. The technicians Gulzar and Yasir (from UCWF) are dishonest and unprofessional. They mislead both owners and tenants and try to take extra money. The management should take serious action against them to ensure no one else faces such bad experiences in the fuRather.”

“Been living here for 2 years now. Have lived in lots of buildings in DSO but this is by far the best one. Pool on roof is heated. Large gym with separate mens and ladies changing rooms. The general quality of the building is awesome and the view at the front is the best in DSO! Apartments are good sizes with floor to ceiling windows and fitted cupboards in bedrooms. Like it so much that I am looking to buy in this building now to stay longer term.”

“Altia is my favourite residence in entire silicon oasis. I guess this would be if not the best, then among the best of residential buildings in Silicon Oasis, designated guest parking, false ceiling in every apartment with beautiful lights, good quality of construction, and fully maintained facilities. Highly recommended.”
