“Extremely disappointed and concerned. A child’s bicycle was stolen from our parking space . The worst part is that there are no cameras in the parking area, so anyone can take anything and walk away without being caught. If children’s belongings are not safe here, then nothing is safe for any resident. Management must take this seriously and install proper security measures immediately. Residents pay to live in a safe environment, not to worry about theft inside the building.”

“The worst place to stay, there was a hole in the ceiling somewhere which led to the bathroom being infested with some sort of mite and there was every a pigeon living in the ceiling, complained and they did nothing about it we had to do everything ourselves from own pocket, they didn’t tell us that one of the cheques didn’t go through so they put a charge on and told us after they added the charge, all of the apartments on the back side don’t have sealed windows which leads to the rain coming through, we complained and they never fixed it and now it’s raining again the water has went through the whole living area so I complained and they once again did nothing, water enters from everywhere when it rains even the bedroom gets flooded”
