“Amazing amenities Supportive and flexible management, living there since a year and planning to continue living. Security is really very cooperative Maintenance is included in the deal and team is very very active always available with a short notice Location is the best easily accessible both ways Hessa Street and Al Khail Road Circle mall 3-4 minutes drive Walking distance to the parks Supermarket, laundry, clinic, restaurants, cafeterias and salons on walking distance. 100% recommended”

“Do not move into this building. Worst maintenance team i have ever witnessed. Specifically the maintenance head Mr. Ravi. Unqualified and useless. The AC hasnt worked in my house since i moved in and the team is unable to rectify the issue and does not care either. All this after I was charged more than 15k extra for the year as chiller charges in a building that is meant to have free Chiller. I am still a resident of the building unfortunately. Will pursue legal action against the building management.”

“Lived here for 1 year. Pros: - reasonable price - chiller free - parking free - monthly payments - kitchen devices equipped - good pool and gym - relatively new building - free maintenance Cons: - no greenery or sea view - not the best quality of materials inside the flat”

“The apartment is good, Lift service, Maintenance service, all up to the mark , but the thing is there is no ramp for disabilities/baby strollers/trolleys, this should be improved,also the security service should watch at night shift that who comes in and go out, full time he will be in the phone, parking should not obstruct in front of reception/walkways, this should improve more, other than all good, Maintenance worker ( Mr. Ayup) always good there to help 24/7.”

“My husband rented a spacious well shaped flat with nice view and the finishing quality is great. Getting all the help and support we need from the management and facility team and they have really a nice kids play area and my kid loves it”

“Poor management un supportive adding to that rudeness un organised and they try to add chillier invoice with any proofs as they issue the invoice from their side without any supporting document from the chillier company they only person who really helps wissem and they shift him to another building so it's become more hopeless building to live at”
