“Location is good, service is good, the pool area especially well maintained and has nice view Management are very difficult to reach and is challenging to get support whenever was needed”

“Very bad building security: Nithin .. very hard tough treaty .. refused to cooperate to show flats for sale .. make loss for owners to sell their units .. against owners well .. wasted time coming and going without viewing ... useless visit for non cooperate security Nithen 😕”

“PLEASE DONT MOVE OR BUY HERE !!! 🆘 Building management is 100% incompetent!! We are living with molt since 2 months and they don’t do anything. If you don’t want to consult Dubai land department and Dubai Health Authority + Lawyer, move somewhere else! I pray everyday to god that nobody else has to go through this. This is not home - this is hell!”

“I met Abdullah Khan, the building manager, and was able to view several 1 bedroom apartments. I had some specific requirements and he was able to direct me to the one we eventually rented. He was helpful in guiding us through the rental process, communicating with the property owner, and assisting with some initial move in obstacles. . I can highly reccomend Abdullah for your Apartment needs.”
