“I've lived in Arena Apartments for the past nine years since I first arrived in Dubai, and my experience has been nothing short of exceptional. The apartments are incredibly spacious, offering ample room for comfortable living. Security is top-notch, ensuring a safe and secure environment for all residents. The facilities are excellent, including a well-equipped gym, swimming pool, and communal spaces that are always clean and well-maintained. The play area is a fantastic addition, providing a safe and fun space for children to enjoy. It's a well-maintained building, with prompt and efficient maintenance services. The management team has always been responsive and attentive to residents' needs. Sadly, I must now leave due to the rising greed of some landlords, which has forced me to move on. Despite this, I highly recommend Arena Apartments to anyone looking for a comfortable and secure place to live in Dubai.”

“High end and in demand building with quality infrastructure. Arena has a very centralized location within Dubai Sports City. Apartments are spacious compared to normal buildings. Studios are massive, and comes with a study room. One of the few Chiller free buildings within DSO, makes it very efficient for people looking out to rent.”
