What one reviewer said

“I recently had the pleasure of meeting two incredible ladies, Ksenia and Tatiana from DDA Company, and I simply had to share my appreciation. Their kindness, honesty, patience, and genuine professionalism left a lasting impression on me. From the very first interaction, they made everything feel easy and comfortable. They listened with patience, answered every question with sincerity, and treated me with so much respect and warmth. In a world where true integrity is rare, Ksenia and Tatiana shine brightly.”

From Google Reviewers

Each card is a real, public Google review of this residence, sorted into our ten questions – answered only where the reviewer said something, and marked “Not answered” where they didn’t. Reviews written in other languages are shown in English and labelled. These come from Google, not from verified residents, so they count for only a small part of the HT Score, never as much as a real resident review.

“The security staff of this tower is not good. They don’t know their responsibilities. Whenever any delivery rider comes, they ask him to write his own entry — so what’s the point of having them here? On top of that, they behave rudely. They should be taught some manners and reminded of their duties. This is a request to the tower management to please take action.”
