“This is one of the worst buildings I have experienced. Neither the management is competent, nor do the security guards have basic communication skills or manners. Even after showing them the official email sent by the owner, they were unable to verify it properly. If the guards lack basic education and training, how can they be expected to handle their responsibilities effectively? It is important to have trained and professional staff in such positions.”

“Very disappointing and uncomfortable experience. On March 18 at around 10:37PM, I was dropped off in the wrong location due to navigation issues and accidentally entered the parking area of Arezzo 1 while trying to find my friends. A security guard approached me in a very rude and aggressive manner, questioning me and threatening to call the police. As a woman alone, this made me feel unsafe and intimidated. I understand the need for security, but there is a big difference between doing your job and speaking to people with respect. No one should be made to feel afraid or uncomfortable in such a situation. I was simply trying to find my way — I was not doing anything wrong. Situations like this should be handled professionally, not with hostility. After this incident, I noticed similar complaints from others about security behavior in this building. Management should really pay attention to this and improve staff training and service standards.”

“Bad Management… never helpful nor responsive … I have been raising complaints since 2021 for the door in the main reception area, and after renovation the noise coming from the door got worse, im now waiting to finish my contract only, because damac did nothing about my complaint so far, i have to pay aed 4,000 to open a case in Rental dispute center, and if i leave the apartment now will have to pay penalty… No report even from the upper management of the building or property management, including Karim , Tousif , and no one is connecting me to their managers. I’m now into sleeping pills in order to be able to get into deep sleep. This is not how respectful and good buildings would like their tenants to be staying in .”

“Residential apartments with a few shops down the building very handy as very few buildings In the vicinity have this provision. Reception area needs to have more lights. Overall a good place to stay.”
