From Google Reviewers

Each card is a real, public Google review of this residence, sorted into our ten questions – answered only where the reviewer said something, and marked “Not answered” where they didn’t. Reviews written in other languages are shown in English and labelled. These come from Google, not from verified residents, so they count for only a small part of the HT Score, never as much as a real resident review.

“I would like to express concern regarding the building management policies and conduct. Viewings are not permitted after 5:00 PM, which creates inconvenience for working individuals who are only available after office hours. Additionally, the behavior of the reception and security staff has been unprofessional, lacking courtesy in their interactions with visitors.”

“An absolute pleasure buying an Apartment at the Aura Elegance, i visit the site more often and have noticed that, they are quite fast in development as they have already completed a great deal of construction and by the looks of it should be ready ahead of time, Most of all... i need to appreciate and thank Ms. Angie for explaining the project so well and convincing me to buy it and from all angles be it investment or end use, I'm convinced it is a very good decision, thanks to her fore and far sight. Ms. Angie has been very supportive, hospitable, patient, kind and due diligent in the entire transaction, which has helped me navigate though this sale process easy and so well, wishing her the best as the Aura management is lucky to have someone like her under their wing as she is a great asset!! All in all, great and quality service and i wish other developers copied a thing or two from them!! Kudos Angie, Kudos Aura!!”
