“Appartment in side is not that bad though after taking entry I have to spend a considerable amount to upgrade same level it was shown in beginning at showhouse. Disappointed when took the entry . Kitchen cabinets were very poorly fitted on one side . Drawers were coming off when pulled to open and many other things. More worst is buildings outside appearance. Very Dark no outside signage . When you compare buildings around looks most poorly lit building. When any guest or visitor arrives they can hardly find Avanos . Because no signage outside. Atleast should be illuminated signage : Avanos:”

“I have lived here for over a year, and it has been a wonderful experience. The building is clean, modern, and very well-maintained. Management is quick to help whenever needed. The location is quiet yet close to shops, restaurants and main road. I would highly recommend Avanos Residence”

“I recently moved into Avanos, JVC, and I’m absolutely loving it. It’s located in a very convenient part of JVC, making it easy to hop onto Al Khail or Hessa Street for work. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a peaceful yet accessible place to call home in Dubai.”

“The worst maintainencw and management and developer ever. 4 days during eid holidays without AC we are diyng from hot weather After emails nobody even responded for such an urgent case insidethe buulding . Vecause thw answer they are offf ???!! Ok easily you can try your breathless holidays till they wake up... its reall horrible”

“Buying an apartment here has been a complete nightmare from day one. First, they delayed the handover by 11 months with excuse after excuse. When we finally moved in, we were left without gas for 6 months, forcing us to struggle just to cook in our own home. And the issues didn’t stop there! The fire alarm goes off every single day for no reason, disturbing everyone at all hours, and they refuse to fix it. Now, on top of everything, we’ve been dealing with horrible noise from the parking drain covers right under our apartment. Cars passing over them make a loud, unbearable noise, and despite reporting it countless times, nothing is done. They tried covering it with plastic, which only made things worse! Their complete lack of professionalism and responsibility is shocking. They ignore calls and emails, hoping to delay until the building is out of warranty. If you’re considering buying here, STAY AWAY unless you want to live in constant stress and frustration! Also the funny think most of the good review are done by the real estate agent and also 2 engineers handling this project and they are not living there !!!”

“As a purchaser of unit in this building, I was happy in the beginning but that didn't last for long. Even today, I am suffering a lot as the developer didn't provide one of basic amenities till date ( i.e. GAS connection). How one can expect to stay in the building without GAS connection. The project is supposed to complete Sep2022 but handed over Incomplete one during Aug 2023.”

“I am wondering how real the previous reviews are. The building is not even delivered yet. It was supposed to be delivered in September 2023 with no updates from the developer. Still 62.5% on the official app. Disappointed”
