“The worst building !! You will have to wait hours and days sometimes to get the answer from the maintenance ( you better bring your own) Building managent are doing their best to make your life harder! Security are rude and careless!🤮🤢”

“Security and maintenance are excellent. Management is very successful with cleaning. Parking, gym and pool are very organized and clean. However, construction noise from the east side starts early in the morning at 6:30 AM and continues until late at night. Night work for concrete pouring continues until morning. There is a serious moisture problem in the units and if you rented through a real estate agent, after they take their commission they don't care and don't answer phones. We cannot store anything in the bedroom closet because of mold smell. In heavy rain, water leaks from the glass facade with no solution found. There is also mold on the living room walls and it is not noticed when you first move in because it is covered with paint.”

“Good place to live, well cleaned, good security, spacious flats and corridor, good air passage, gym, swimmingpool. Love living here. Only draw back is that the maintenance company 'qbel' is not working properly, They took too long to resolve a simple issue. The building doesn't have kids' play area that's too a minus point.”

“Unfortunately we had to leave this place mid contract, and besides the slightly tighter rooms and living space, it was a great building, diverse, pool and gym, security and cleaning team were on point. The maintenance could get pricy but you barely need them, and overall the area was nearby amenities and just lovely.”
