“Been living here for the last 3 years and a half and honestly it’s been disappointing. Luckily our apartment has a good view to Creek Harbour but that’s the only thing that saves it from 1 star. AC is always noisy and temperatures don’t go lower than 22 degrees. In summer it’s literally hell. The construction of other buildings around leaves our apartment and cars always dirty and it’s impossible for guests to park around the building or even close. Whenever the garbage truck comes, you’re impeded to go in and out of the building for at least 10-15 mins. That means if you have urgency to leave the building, they won’t help. Security guys are not very helpful, if they see you coming with lugg…”

“I totally don’t recommend this building just because of the security called Mohamad working on day shift. He is verbally harassing the tenants specially ladies and he is saying he is not scared of neither management nor police. I feel unsecured in building just because of him. He is scanning ladies every time you pass by, he is very rude and un polite not only with me but many times i saw him fighting with other tenants.”

“Pathetic Service Maintenance people are useless and they don’t even pick up the call I am facing water leakage issues for last 2 last weeks and still no one help Not even given the proper support Worst experience in dubai in this building I am living in dubai for so long but this building gave me so bad experience that i will not go and suggest anyone to take Azizi building to stay Don’t fall for location Service and support is pathetic”

The construction of other buildings around leaves our apartment and cars always dirty and it’s impossible for guests to park around the building or even close. Whenever the garbage truck comes, you’re impeded to go in and out of the building for at least 10-15 mins. That means if you have urgency to leave the building, they won’t help. Security guys are not very helpful, if they see you coming with luggage or bags or anything on the ground floor, they don’t bother to stand up and help opening the main entrance door. Gym if very small and AC is blocked at certain temperatures. Fire alarm goes off almost everyday, and the management ALSO does random Fire Alarm tests during the day, leaving whoever needs to sleep daytime due to work with no choice of rest. Cleaning is usually ok, can’t complain about it. Appliances that come with the apartment have no switches and are attached to the walls, making it difficult if you have an emergency to switch them off. I don’t recommend anyone moving to this building. Owners take advantage of the good location to increase the prices. Location is not worth all the other hustle and stress.”

“The building becoming very uncomfortable to live in the reception are very rude and not helpful at all, fire alarm is turned on every day, construction next to the building make impossible to get inside the parking”

“Went for viewing apartment and was utterly disgusted and shocked by the behaviour of the guy at the reception desk/security. Regret even going there to view apartment. God only knows what the existing residents have to endure. The guy is extremely rude to talk to and behaves in a condescending manner.”
