“Unique, I can only recommend it. Pool directly on the beach in front of the hotel. The whole area is very quiet. Also not too far into the Palm. So the difficult traffic bothered us less. Within 10-15 minutes by car to Dubai Marina. Restaurant and grocery store directly in the building. The prices at the pool bar and in the restaurant are surprisingly reasonable. However, I would be careful in the grocery store. On the first evening, we paid over €90 for a few drinks (water and cola), sliced sausage, butter, and sliced cheese (barely enough for a breakfast for three people) and the cheapest detergent. Not even bread was included. The next day at the restaurant for a normal brunch about €40 for three people. The apartment itself was huge. We could lie on the couch together in the evening, three of us. The building, the beaches, and the parking garage were monitored. Everything was very clean. On the beach you get fresh beach towels daily. The garage was directly accessible from the building.”

“Cement debris in the parking lot damaged my car's paint so badly that regular washing didn't help and it etched into the paint. The staff was unfriendly, saying they already knew about it and brushing me off. They even suggested I file a police report and call my insurance to deal with it myself. The parking lot corridors are really narrow, and it's incredibly inconvenient having to go through so many doors to get from the parking garage to the unit. It's shocking that such an unfriendly and outdated accommodation exists in Dubai—it's a disgrace to the country. I can't believe it.”

“During my holiday stay in Dubai at my timeshare, it was a wonderful place and the staff were amazing. The housekeeping staff LALU, RAM, and SAMI were fantastic - I'm grateful to them for everything. The little notes they leave after room service make you happy. I want to say thank you very much to them from here and hope to see them again. Every day my room was cleaned, my beds were made, and they even ran the dishwasher for us - I was quite surprised. Similarly, all the staff at reception, both men and women, were very polite and amazing. Being in a foreign country, being able to communicate with people who don't speak Turkish, getting answers to every question I asked, having everything done immediately - it was wonderful. Thank you again.”
