“IFA "Balqis Residence" Balqis Residence is an outstanding residential project that is part of the prestigious Kingdom Of Sheba ensemble created by the developer IFA Hotels & Resorts. The complex is beautifully located on the artificial island of The Palm Crescent, in the heart of the famous Palm Jumeirah. Balqis Residence includes apartments with 2-5 bedrooms, elegant duplex townhouses and spacious villas with 4-5 bedrooms. Each residence is imbued with the spirit of traditional Arabic style, characterized by panoramic windows and wide balconies offering breathtaking views of the azure waters of the Persian Gulf and the dynamic panorama of Dubai. Key amenities for residents include access to a private beach, several swimming pools, a fitness center, 24-hour concierge service, enhanced security and fine restaurants. Residents also have access to a luxurious spa area for complete relaxation. The strategic location on The Palm Crescent provides residents with easy access to all key points of the city. The famous Atlantis The Palm and Aquaventure Water Park are within walking distance. The popular The Pointe promenade, with its many restaurants, is just a 10-minute drive away. “This is an accommodation review, for a change. As a family, we have lived in most areas of Dubai - Jumeira, Umm Sequim, Palm Frond and Jumeirah Park. All villas. However, in July of 2020 we decided to shift to an apartment and my wife chose Balqis Residence part of Kingdom of Sheba. The apartments are done up with the feel of an Hotel Resort living. The balconys are amazing. We are facing internally towards the Palm and the views, as in my pics, are amazing. A small walk on the beach gets you right next to the Atlantis Hotel and you can view all fireworks in peace. Obviously for New Year's Eve this location is amazing as can view JBR, Atlantis, Burj Al Arab and Burj Khalifa fireworks from here. Good security, good management and all round a great place to live in Dubai.”
