“The maintenance here has become really bad. I've reported faulty taps multiple times but they're still not fixed. The walls need repainting but nothing has been done. Kitchen cabinets have become old and moldy but nothing can be done. It feels like they just don't care anymore. Rent increases every year but service goes down..”

“A comfortable and well-maintained place with great ambience. Managers of Agro National, one of the best fertilizer companies in the UAE, stay here and say it’s very convenient and pleasant all around.”

“TERRIBLE COCKROACH ISSUE! It's never ending. The building is so old and even the repairs are not done properly even after asking 100 times. The bathroom ceilings are always leaking. The rooms are always heating because of the sun! As if the sun only shines on this building. The ac is not working more than half of the time.”

“One of the best residential towers in the Deira area. It is 21 floors. Security 24 hours with a guard. The location of the residential tower is close to everything within walking distance, you don't need a car at all, everything is next to you. There are three lifts. There are two floors of parking but they are extremely extremely extremely narrow.”
