“Quiet place for accommodation bachelor and families alike. Proximity to metro and hotels pretty good. Also Barsha is known for car rental so it's equally accessible”

“If you have other option better select other option. Very bad quality of maintenance. Building is old. AC in public corridors are not working, so in summer temperature hitting up to 33-38 degree. Equipment is very old and outdated, because of that in summer time DEWA bill hitting at around 2K-3K, as consequences of old equipment AC compressors got broken every 1-1.5 year, of cause in summer time (waiting time for compressor replacement 3-4 weeks). Parking area disaster, condensate dripping from ceiling and damaging the car paint, management consistently ignore complains and requests for rectification. Sewerage is broken, sewage ditch is open on a basement parking so the smell literally live there, and none else. Elevators are from last century, one of 3 consistently broken, not interconnected, so to get 1 of 3 you should call all creating false traffic. Maintenance team taking approx. 1 week time to come and fix if something simple not working inside apartment, for big items like AC compressors or boilers waiting time up to 1 month. Public territories maintenance is disaster, public territories cleaning is bearable, gym is bearable, pool is so-so. If you have other option better select other option.”
