“I was surprised with the rating at first, but then realized that its mainly driven by the delivery gentlemen having a hard time parking their bikes. Honestly from a guest perspective, the bldg is 5 star 🌟. Super clean, well maintained, helpful receptionist and very nice facilities. 👍”

“Lads & Gents, you just deserve better. Don't fall for it. The rooms are decent, the cocoroaches also are decent in size. Security of the building are friendly and willing to help, but the management is just the worst. You are treated like luggage, and the best place for you is to disappear. They will deny you offered services one by one as you go. Pool lifeguard never there, concierge missing, parking stops opening, cleaners stop coming on time, and so on. In 3-6 months, they will leave you no option but to leave. Make sure the room/appartment you are renting is registered and has valid documents as well. Again, the best part is the company managing this building called "Blue Ocean", I can promise you will never find worst in the whole city of Dubai. Pay a 1000 more and find an alternative.”

“Do not recommend to stay here or rent an apartment. Poor management system, besides those who helps with parking. Receptionist at this building doesn’t know what’s the customer service and respect to the customer. She doesn’t know any details about service and hospitality management. All of issue I have with an apartment card or with a cleaning service or upcoming guests, they don’t care about customers journey and experience. The receptionist is screaming to the third party professionals who came to make a private cleaning service at the building. But the facility management don’t understand that there’s a traffic jam outside, they don’t care!! Meantime, ventilation and bath system are too poor in this building, too many cockroaches are everywhere. It’s one of the bad experiences to have a deal with a management of this building.”
