“well-designed and convenient complex with a great mix of offices, residential units, restaurants, and cafes. Everything you need is in one place. I also visit Nooshes Salon here and I’m very satisfied with their service. Overall, a very positive experience.”

“Rented an apartment here before, excellent building, no complaints whatsoever. Within walking distance there is a supermarket and cafes. Very beautiful territory and proximity to Dubai Mall fully deserve 5 stars”

“I joined dancing class and the class was really great, unfortunately the parking was not validated and given that we are in Dubai and all services do validate parking it was a huge disappointment, also it was not mentioned during the class booking.”

“The complex is well designed. It's great for work with all the amenities you can imagine. Your employees will love. Your visitors may not like to visit you because of the terrible visitor parking. Not enough, especially between 11 am. and 3 pm. Your visitors will find themselves wasting half an hour or more waiting for a parking. Otherwise, you'll have restaurants, shops, stores and even a nice hotel there serving all your need.”
