“Here is my review for Bayz by Danube after living there for 3 years. The overall location, build quality and amenities are all great. We had a great hassle free living there. We were putting up at a 2 bedroom apartment on the 22nd floor where we had a direct view of Al Khail road, a distant view of Burj Al Arab and a partial view of Burj Khalifa a well. The apartment we lived in is decently spacious enough for a couple or maybe a small sized family. As the apartment is by default furnished, there is almost no to a very little scope of adding more furniture. “Here is my review for Bayz by Danube after living there for 3 years. The overall location, build quality and amenities are all great. We had a great hassle free living there. We were putting up at a 2 bedroom apartment on the 22nd floor where we had a direct view of Al Khail road, a distant view of Burj Al Arab and a partial view of Burj Khalifa a well. The apartment we lived in is decently spacious enough for a couple or maybe a small sized family. As the apartment is by default furnished, there is almost no to a very little scope of adding more furniture. The building is quipped with good amount of amenities and nicely maintained parking area for residents. However, the main highlight is the staff across all the departments whether it is front desk, maintenance, housekeeping or security. The whole staff is very friendly, customer centric, cooperative and deeply supportive. Last but not least, I would like to extend my gratitude and shout out to Mr. AHMED who not only manages the security but is equally involved in providing and addressing any kind of service pertaining to all the other departments through well coordinated and effective manner. Mr. AHMED has been a great source of support and reason for making out stay comfortable and hassle free.”

“I would like to share my review for Bayz by Danube, Business Bay. The overall management and service are very good. The ground staff shows excellent performance and always handles residents and visitors professionally. The security staff is cooperative, attentive, and maintains a safe environment in the building. A special appreciation for the Security Supervisor, who is extremely supportive, responsive, and helpful whenever assistance is needed. Their dedication truly makes a positive difference in the building’s daily operations.”

“Very central building with amazing facilities and best security team. Pool with a view of Burj khalifa opening 22/7 till early morning, amazing security team 24/7 available. “Even after being in Dubai, your gym is poor and useless. Most of the equipment is broken, and you don’t even fix it. There is only one machine and even that multifunctional one doesn’t work. I didn’t expect this from Danub business bay building. I was living in Jumeirah before and they had good gym and building facilities there. Because of work I had to shift to the Business area. I have a question: will you do the same thing in Shakurz Danube as well? Please upgrade your quality”
