Beach Vista is a development of two towers in Emaar Beachfront, Dubai. The towers are Tower 1 and Tower 2. Dubai Land Department files first list it in 2018. It has 6 lifts. There is a gym. Al Fardan Exchange Metro station is a 26-minute walk, and the Mina Seyahi tram stop is 15 minutes away. Within 800 metres there are 1 place to eat. On foot it rates as car required. Registered rents start around AED 134k a year for a 1 bed.

“I am very disappointed in the EMAAR management. Very poor service, just waist of time. AC problem in the building, not going down from 22,5 degrees.they said it is normal temperature . In summer it is nightmare. In the kitchen drainage always stays water and from this water coming insects. They said this is design of the building and they can’t do anything about it, so need to clean it every few days if you don’t want to leave with insects. Common area always dirty and no one clean the floor for a months. They promised to clean the windows from outside of the building and they didn’t. Everywhere is camera for Face ID, but it is not working and they even stop saying when it will be fixed. In…”

Everywhere is camera for Face ID, but it is not working and they even stop saying when it will be fixed. In the gym only two machines for the legs. And no smith machine, no even bar, no weights. Only dumbbells 24 kg max and few machines for back and cardio. First time in a years I am experiencing this issues. So so disappointing in EMAAR management and how they don’t care about people. Also, a lot of people with the dogs and there’s even no one small park for the dogs around. In one day I was walking near and it was big manhole open and no even one sign! Dog or kid or even adult can just fail in there. Photo attached.”

“Security guards in loading and unloading area is not good. Cannot even understand English properly and rude.Always on the call or vedio call not even doing his job properly when there is someone needs assistance. Specially the one on duty at this time.”
