Each card is a real, public Google review of this residence, sorted into our ten questions – answered only where the reviewer said something, and marked “Not answered” where they didn’t. Reviews written in other languages are shown in English and labelled. These come from Google, not from verified residents, so they count for only a small part of the HT Score, never as much as a real resident review.

“This is very difficult for a parking lot. I give it a five percent rating out of 100. There is absolutely no parking space here. We get fined 200-300 for giving an order to a customer here.”

“The building management is completely incompetent. Security behave arrogantly and treat residents like a nuisance. The Dubai Community call center is beyond useless — painfully slow, clueless, and manages to make every situation worse instead of fixing it. Anyone planning to move in or out of this building… you’ve been warned.”

“The building management and security is pure harassment inspite of the high rentals when you would expect cooperative and friendly staff. Its a nightmare to even fix a bulb or a knob in your apartment - you have to chase permits from @DHCM and security for every little thing that are rude and extremely slow to respond. Uber pickups, food deliveries etc. are usually a nightmare with the security chasing them away within 10 seconds.”
