“I recently stayed at Binghatti Amber and overall, the experience was excellent. The building is well-maintained, the design is modern, and the facilities meet a high standard. Everything from cleanliness to general comfort was on point, and it’s clear that a lot of effort has gone into maintaining the property.
However, there is one recurring issue that significantly impacts the overall experience—the fire alarm system. It tends to go off or buzz unexpectedly, even during late hours or in the middle of the night. This is not only disruptive but also concerning from a resident comfort perspective.

“I had a wonderful experience at Binghatti Amber. The building stands out with its modern architecture, excellent construction quality, and well-maintained surroundings. The common areas are clean, stylish, and professionally managed, creating a comfortable and welcoming environment for residents and visitors alike. Its location in JVC is highly convenient, with easy access to supermarkets, restaurants, parks, and major road networks. The management and security teams were courteous, responsive, and always willing to assist. Overall, Binghatti Amber offers a great combination of comfort, convenience, and quality, making it an excellent choice for anyone looking for a modern lifestyle in Dubai. I highly recommend it.”

This is an area that the building management needs to address urgently. A properly functioning alarm system is essential, but it should not create unnecessary disturbance without cause.
With this issue resolved, the building would easily deliver a near-perfect living experience.”

“I am living here since 10 months. The building management still could not solve the false fire alarm issues, I started to believe they simple do not care about it. Since 10 months, I woke up to false alarms at least 15 times, this is totally unacceptable, it is a joke. There are also fire sensors in each apartment, its triggerred even when I am sleeping and when there is no source of smell. I do not cook in my apartment at all.
Staff is friendly, however the decision makers must change!”

“It is disappointing to see a reputable developer like Binghatti compromising their reputation by hiring staff who lack basic professional judgment and customer service skills. The current management and security team are practically useless and only serve to increase the residents' frustration.
I had a ridiculous experience recently where the new security lady refused to open the parking gate for me, even though I am a homeowner, simply because I forgot my access card. Instead of following a professional verification protocol (like asking for my ID or tenancy/ownership contract), she kept me blocked for one hour.
To make matters worse, she was communicating with her manager, who was equally unhelpful, instructing her to keep the gate closed without offering any solution. They both claimed they "didn't know who I was," yet neither of them had the common sense to ask for my identification until I had to force the contract in their faces to prove my identity.
Security is supposed to provide service and safety, not to act as a barrier for the actual owners of the building. This level of incompetence is unacceptable for a "luxury" development. Binghatti needs to seriously re-evaluate their management team and train their staff on how to handle residents professionally.”

“Benghatti is the worst developer. We have paid a deposit in September and decided to withdraw. Since then we are waiting for the refund of our deposit
No proper feedback and no refund in sight. All the answer you get is from.the helpdesk that your request was closed. No we have to pay a lawyer to get our money back.
Shame on you Binghatti! I will recommend you for the worst developper in Dubai.”

“Very Bad Services. Before purchasing the apartment one of the services was renting another parking lot in the building. After few months they stopped the service without notice and when we complain they just say sorry not in our hands! No feedback no respect for tenants.”

“The building itself is amazing, with great facilities and a perfect location. However, the finishing quality is average, and the biggest problem is the constant construction noise. I’ve been living here for over seven months, and it’s impossible to rest — the noise goes on day and night. It’s such a shame because this place could be perfect otherwise.”
