From Google Reviewers

Each card is a real, public Google review of this residence, sorted into our ten questions – answered only where the reviewer said something, and marked “Not answered” where they didn’t. Reviews written in other languages are shown in English and labelled. These come from Google, not from verified residents, so they count for only a small part of the HT Score, never as much as a real resident review.

“Very poor future Vision in masaken management. Playing tactics of keeping always a miss in whatever service they do so they can give themselves the chance to come a multiple times for construction work. All your staying is rolling in the same maintenance cycle water problems non stop The quotation very higher then market ,when u direct callings to the management numbers always ignoring . In only one and half year this problem repeated 5 times this is far from network problem and and noises and smells…”

“Investing in an off-plan project by Binghatti Properties was a great decision. The proximity to Burj Khalifa adds immense value, and the luxury features are top-notch. Their professionalism is evident in every aspect of their work.”

“Horrible residence, I stayed there for 1 month, with family. No matter what time it is there are constant food odours that are unbearable, the quality of the apartments is terrible and the cleanliness of common areas non-existent. Fire alarm that goes off all night without the security guard knowing how to turn it off, magnificent. Not at all kid-friendly, and a special mention for the pool supervisor who spends their day napping in the gym (which is also unmaintained) or wearing headphones without bothering to say hello.”
