“The fire alarm goes off in the building every day and more than once.This is especially uncomfortable in the middle of the night or early in the morning.Management do nothing to solve this problem .There is an unpleasant smell in the parking.”

“Lovely building with great facilities and lovely modern finish. Downsides: the fire alarms go off regularly sometimes multiple times a day and all through the night. Lots of workers sleeping in the car parking spaces, which can be a bit intimidating as a female going to your car alone.”

“I enjoy living here. The service is 10/10, the security gets better in terms of resident friendliness, the in building app is very handy and anouncements/request can be made through there. It's cleanliness is ok as well and the pool and gym are really nice.”

“❤️I love it❤️ Finally an apartment complex that only has 5 floors and stands out from the anonymous skyscrapers. The underground parking is spacious and the gym, pool, and paddle court are great facilities. Every day the complex is cleaned by several people and damages are noted and repaired as quickly as possible. Particularly noteworthy is the lifeguard Ronnie at the pool: he is very courteous, highly motivated, incredibly attentive and you can feel that he is a really good person! It's a shame that he can't properly use his "spot" (where he sits from 9am to 9pm) -> the umbrella is too low to provide this. I find this inhumane and it should be changed immediately!!! The mentioned defects (exterior wall paint on the building) are being worked on and the ventilation system that was too loud has been readjusted. All good… we're coming back 🙏🏻”
