“The house is brand new, very clean, and well-maintained. The view is nice. All the facilities are modern and in great condition, and the overall place is comfortable. The only downside is that the swimming pool area does not get natural sun light at all!
Other than that, everything was excellent and I like it .”

“Based on my experience living in the building, I highly recommend it.
The building offers an excellent level of security, with a professional security team providing a safe and comfortable environment for residents.
The cleaning company does an outstanding job, maintaining the elevators, hallways, and common areas to a very high standard on a continuous basis.
One of the biggest advantages is the variety of retail outlets located on the ground floor, including a grocery store, an Indian restaurant, an Australian restaurant, a medical clinic, a pharmacy, a ladies' salon, a men's salon, a massage center, and several other shops, making daily life very convenient.
The building is also quiet, with good sound insulation between apartments, so noise is rarely an issue.
The facilities are excellent and include swimming pools, a fully equipped gym, and a children's play area, making it a great choice for families.
I would definitely recommend living in this building. Its proximity to Circle Mall is an added advantage, making shopping and dining easily accessible.”

“Visited my Son who lives in the Binghatti Azure. So much potential. Great pool / gym , modern building with close amenities. No idea how things work in Dubai but he’s had no water for over three weeks. Caused by a leak from the apartment above into his , he has been instructed , not to use the shower , turn on the air con , basically use any running water as it will increase the damage already caused?…..it seems no one is in a great hurry to fix anything? Oh yes and loving his view and the peaceful ambiance ….not sure that was on the brochure when he chose to rent here. Good job he’s far more chilled than me!!”

“full of construction and drilling noise evey day from 9:00 am to 5:00 pm, reception is bad without attention also they are rude and dont understand anything, also they dont answer messages, testing danger alarm everyday 7:00 am, i lived here 1 year and saying this truly”

“Honest review:
The pool area gets no sunlight at all — it’s dark all day, so this isn’t a place to sunbathe. I really wish I’d known this before moving in.
Other than that, it’s a decent building overall. The gym is okay and usable.”
