“It’s a good place to live. It’s suitable for big families and has spacious two-bedroom apartments. It’s located near the easiest entrance and exit in JVC. You don’t really need to leave the area only for work because everything you need is within a one-minute walk at Circle Mall. Honestly, it’s one of the best buildings in JVC. The only downside is that there is construction behind it on the pool side, but the noise is minimal because the building has good sound insulation. I’m living here for 2 years and now renewed my contract for the third year. I lived before in 3 different buildings in jvc”

“I live here since last year. The location is the best in jvc. Everything is nearby, the mall is very close. 2 bedroom apartments here are the best for families and for long term rent. There are not many Airbnbs or short-term people, so the building is quiet and peaceful. Make sure to rent a furnished apartment, cause bringing furniture here is pretty hard and you need permissions from the management that will take weeks. Small things are allowed.”

“The office on ground level for "handover" that is dealing with current residents and owners is just a pretty scam with people who will not even try to help you and who do not even know what buildings are there in JVC and who is responsible for them. Just avoiding responsibility even with full "Office" of frustrated and deeply upset owners.

“Disappointing Daytime Reception Service
Unfortunately, the daytime reception service is very disappointing. The staff is neither friendly nor helpful when needed, which makes for a frustrating experience. It’s a shame because the evening staff is excellent—very professional, welcoming, and attentive.
Sadly, the poor daytime service drastically lowers the overall satisfaction level. On top of that, there are far too many alarm tests, both during the day and at night, which is extremely disruptive.
Not recommended unless improvements are made.”
