“One of the worst real estate investment experiences I’ve ever had in the UAE. My experience with Binghatti has been extremely disappointing from both an investor and end-user perspective. 1. They cashed the handover cheque nearly 7 months before the actual handover date. Despite multiple complaints and requests, the amount was never refunded or adjusted. My funds were taken for months without justification, depriving me of the ability to invest or benefit from my own money during that period. 2. The project handover was significantly delayed compared to the date contractually communicated and committed. 3. The handover process itself was handled very poorly. The focus appeared to be on pushing units through delivery rather than genuinely resolving snagging and quality issues. Most concerns were treated superficially. 4. The post-handover maintenance quality during warranty has been unacceptable — especially recurring plumbing problems that have still not been resolved properly after almost 10 months. This has negatively impacted both the living experience and the investment value/rental potential of the unit. For a company positioning itself as a premium developer, the gap between branding and actual customer experience is massive. I strongly advise investors and buyers to think very carefully before investing in their projects unless there is serious improvement in customer care, accountability, construction quality, and after-sales support.”

“One of the best locations in JVC. Near the park, Circle Mall, and bus stops. Many shops and restaurants in the area. For investors, there will be a future metro station within a 5-minute walking distance. The building is a comfort-class development with only 4 floors and is not crowded. You do not have to waste time waiting for elevators. The property has dedicated parking, a gym, and a rooftop pool, and offers a quiet environment. Overall, it is an excellent place to stay.”

“Very Nice Low-Rise Building, One of the few Binghatti Buildings, with Chiller in DEWA. Busy Road, Have Construction nearby to it, But not that very much noisy. The amenities are very nice. Also Kudos to Security Staff especially Mr.Saif very Nice and Professional gentleman, Always very friendly and helpful.”

“A well-maintained place with a peaceful atmosphere. The gym is spacious and fully equipped. Each tower has its own separate swimming pool and leisure area, offering plenty of space to relax and unwind. The overall structure feels solid and high-quality. Definitely a great place to be!”

“Great Project! Glad to buy in this Project. Management and facilities are amazing. Quality of finishing is also amazing I also want to sincerely thank the security staff member on the day shift—he’s truly an amazing person. Honestly, without his support, my relocation and settling in would have been much more difficult. He has been handling all the necessary coordination and providing invaluable guidance.”

“We buy apartment this developer , now they sold our apartment some other, When we request our money or allocate new apartment , Mr islam says go to court , I'm realy dissapointed my experineces”
