“The worst managing company. I live here for 3 years. 0 noise cancellation - construction won’t let you sleep even at night with ear plugs. Cockroaches all over the building - 0 pest control. Management company don’t do anything, but they don’t bother to send security guys if you put your water bottle inside your door frame for refilling. Waiting my contract to end to leave this nightmare.”

“I’ve lived here for almost 2 years, and the fire alarm is a constant nightmare. It goes off randomly — day, night, even 3 times a week — without explanation. Wakes up small kids, disturbs sleep, and no one seems to know why, not even security. The Kaizen management company has never responded or solved the issue. Poor cleaning, cockroaches everywhere, and absolutely zero communication from management. Only reason I stayed was constant travel, but after this summer, I’m definitely moving out. If management reads this, please do your job — or let someone else do it.”

“They have lot of issues with the fire alarm It keeps breaking every now and then. Management team has no answers. Too much construction around it’s always noisy we can’t enjoy the balconies in the right season”

“I give one star because with the new buildings in construction around this there is so much noise everyday and dust. These new buildings are stopping all the natural light so we already started to have less light during the day and we will have less and less. There is an issue with the alarm since 6 months that start to ring randomly in the night, day every time, nothing so far has been solved. People throw from their balcony cigarettes and others stuffs, already reported since years and nothing as been solved. Think twice before move here”

“It is absolutely comfortable here, regardless of all the negative comments and reviews. Have been living here past 2 and a half years, the security and the management plays a very important role and so would like to highlight that every time you complain of something it has been solved asap. The security is always there to help you out also they are very vigilant. I live here with my brother who is physically challenged and uses wheelchair. I have always seen the security reaching out to him when he needs help. The building is managed well as they keep renovating and repairing any damage. Many times I have seen them cleaning the entire parking. Have seen in the reviews where people kept complaining about a lot of things however you have to bare in mind every building and the management has it’s own rules. Yes it is pet friendly but that does not mean your pet can bark the entire night and you leave them in the balcony and expect nobody to complain just because the building is pet friendly. Talking about your issues to be sloved, again, mind it that your complaint goes to your landlord and then to the management hence it takes time. For an owner living here it can be solve quicker then a tenant, but that is the same anywhere in dubai. Talking about construction, the entire Dubai is constructing something or the other. No building in Dubai is gonna guarantee you that there won’t be any construction next to it. The most amazingly thing about this building is that you can watch burj khalifa fire works during new years, if your apartment is facing the skyline view if not the swimming pool area has a burj view.”
