“All I can say is the building need to lay off it maintenance team expecially the ones assigned to repair the pool all they do is lazy around for over 3months the fire alarm needs to be worked on and the fine you outrageously for little mistakes meanwhile they place delicate things at spot you can easily destroy them so you’ll get fined if only I can give zero star least I forget the gym tools are incomplete”

“One of the best residential buildings I’ve lived in! Binghatti Gems offers a perfect balance of luxury and practicality. The staff is friendly, and the services are impeccable. The surrounding area has everything I need – from restaurants to shops. It’s an excellent place to call home!”

“Positives: Building is safe with CCTV, security and guards on site at all times and key fobs needed to enter building. Overall its clean though I have spotted some dead roaches in the corridoors. Supermarkets and shops are across the road and a park within walking distance. Negatives: Construction NOISE Pollution 24/7 Maintenance is VERY POOR. The swimming pool has been out of use since January and its now May. Why is it taking so long to repair??? We paid extra for an apartment with a pool only to come here and for pool to shut within weeks of us arriving. Any maintenance and repair issues within the apartment are VERY slow to fix. I reported a sink leak and bathroom leak approx a month ago and still waiting on someone to fix it. Very poor quality build on these apartments. In all bedrooms, the plaster and paint on the wall is crumbling away and has to be swept up daily. Constant leaks from ceiling too. Plaster on balcony wall also crumbling away. Will be leaving as soon as contract ends.”

“Don’t think to live here ! The building is almost all rented as Shared apartments! Which was not mentioned to me before I decided to move there with my family! It’s not suitable at all for families! The maintenance and building management is the worst in UAE, when I moved 2 TVs was damaged because of the electricity! The design and apartment area is very small! The building facilities are not working! Swimming pool is stopped working for more than 3 month now because a leakage noticed in the parking! You can feel all days and nights noise from the street! The fire alarm all days and nights are making fake alarms 🚨 which at the time of real emergency you will not move ! The electricity has major problems! And the parking is opened and not well maintained, many times I find water or birds matters on my car! If u think to move here or buy a flat here for you and your family I advise you to go search for other place! The building is not user friendly and not for families! It’s full with workers of neighbour shops! And if you don’t believe come and stand in front of the building in the street and you will see how poor is it !”

“I love my apartment, the rooms are well laid out but it's true that it's small. Maintenance leaves much to be desired, the pool has been under construction for 2 months and we don't know when it will be back in service. Common areas are very poorly cleaned. The elevator is always dirty, the entrance doesn't smell good, I'm disappointed by the standard which is not very high after all.”
