“I explored the neighborhood. Supermarkets are few and far between. And the ones that do exist have such a limited selection, and as a meat lover, I can't find any fresh beef there. They have a butcher's refrigerated display case, but no meat, and it's filled with soda cans. The female cashier looked expressionfull disapointed with my little buyings, that means bad expectation management. But what can they expect? Wasting my time with an incomplete supermarket? I should go anyway to a more complete supermarket . If I where them, I should really overthink the assortiment policy. If they don't, they keep on going in survival mode.”

“Complete lack of service. Someone is constantly throwing shit on the balcony down. Guards and managers don't want to work. The worst service in Dubai.”

“very angry and boorish security people. The walls in the apartment are literally falling off, the doors are sitting down, they don't close well, the building is new and no one is watching the mold in the corridors. it's a very noisy house, there are a lot of people who hang out at night and turn on music loudly, the security people don't do anything”
