“The worst building I lived in. If you are reading good reviews, they are most probably written by real estate agents or owners. Water shortage every two weeks, water leaking, humidity on walls, Fire alarm goes on with no reason every day And while sleeping Which is right over the bed, Balconies (pool view) are useless Because of the noise that is caused by the cooling system on the roof. Not to mention the Very bad smell that comes out of The bathroom. Pool temperature Is always cold. Lifts Always have problems I got stuck in them twice.”

“Lifts always broken. Security guards terrible attitude and said if I wanted additional parking (loads available) I should pay them monthly into their accounts lol. Absolute joke.”

“I've been living in this house for about a year, I like everything. calm and quiet place. 2 small parks with kid playground nearby and 1 large park 8 minutes away. It's a 15-minute walk to the Circle mall, but only 5 by car.”

“Being staying here for last 2 years,i should say the building quality is worst and cheap and maintenance team is too bad.Water leakage is a common thing you can find here with all walls cracked around every corners.Its so pathetic to live here.”

“Been living here for 2 years, it’s a great building and all, but fire alarm goes off everyday, got stuck in the elevator 2 times,paying 100 aed just for the carwash to not wash the car, gym has a small area and this is one of the oldest binghatti buildings in jvc, and when I want to sell my house, no one wants it and aims for Binghatti nova,heights,corner,amber and Luna. So basically this place is kinda worth nothing… it may be cheaper than other buildings,but not worth it”
