The maintenance standards are excellent. Mr. Abuzar, the building management head, consistently ensured that even the smallest issues were addressed promptly and professionally.
The amenities truly stand out — from the luxurious lobby to the well-maintained gym and the swimming pool, which is perfectly temperature-controlled throughout both summer and winter. Everything is kept in top condition.

“Extremely poor construction. The neighbors' gas alarm can randomly go on at any time, day or night. There is virtually no sound insulation, so every noise carries into the apartment. Even the loud bubbling sound from Jacuzzi tubs 1–2 floors above or below can be heard. The management company provides little to no support in addressing these issues.”

“I recently moved to JVC from Dubai Marina and lived at Binghatti Orchid for a year with my family. I can confidently say that our experience has been nothing short of phenomenal.

The community itself is wonderful, with a good mix of residents and a predominantly family-oriented environment. The building is equipped with six elevators, all of which are fast and consistently operational.
Overall, my family and I genuinely felt like we were living in a 5-star hotel or resort.
Highly recommended for anyone seeking a premium, family-friendly living experience with a welcoming and professional community that truly makes you feel at home. 🏡”

“I’m a tenant here and I’ve faced a lot of issues with several things in this building. I’m not gonna lie, the common areas, the gym, swimming pool and the parking are pretty good and well maintained. But i’ve faced many different issues.
First of all, the fire alarm, it goes off randomly during the day. Whenever you ask the reception, they say false alarm. Every time is a false alarm?
Secondly, the gas detector, it detects everything but actual gas!!! It can go on for more than 30 min, and no one would care or notice, unless I text the receptionist. What’s the point of the gas detector alarm if no one would really care if it’s actually off?
Thirdly, the water from the sink in our apartment always had a weird metal taste, and bad metallic smell. When I told and raised the request, they just sent some “technician” to check, but they just gave me a solution to open the water for some time then use it. Is this even a logical solution? And when I raised it again to the management over email, no response and no action.
Lastly, and to keep the best to last, there was a rat under the kitchen cabinets. We didn’t understand in the beginning, however as time passed, we started smelling a very bad odor, specifically coming from that area. And after checking, turns out it was a dead rat!”

“⚠️ Horrible management – no emergency support ⚠️
I had flooding in my bathroom over the weekend and the building offered ZERO help. Security told me to “send an email” while water was everywhere. I had to pay for my own technician to stop the damage.
A building with no 24/7 emergency service is unacceptable. Residents are left completely alone in emergencies.”

“Binghatti Orchid is a well-designed, modern residential building with great attention to detail. The apartments are spacious, bright, and come with high-quality finishes. The balconies offer nice views, and the overall layout is smart and functional.
The building offers solid amenities like a gym, swimming pool, covered parking, and 24/7 security. The maintenance team is responsive, and the common areas are always clean and well-kept.
It's a great option for families or professionals looking for a peaceful and comfortable place to live. Definitely one of the better Binghatti projects in terms of design and quality.”

“Great building. It stands out as a landmark at the entrance of JVC. Binghatti has definitely left its footprint, with this one and the other building on the other side of the street. The lights look great at night - good thing that they close them at 11PM though (else it would have been just a waste of energy). Low rise building, so there're no long waiting times at the lifts. And the pool is long and large, just the right size for this building capacity. Great reception hall and desk. Feels luxurious, for a tourist or even for family living! The flat I've been in has modern and refined equipment. Like the feeling of "new" and modern.”
